We are transplants from across the country to PA. Sharon worked months on end finding us a house with land. She worked day and night for us as well as made her self accessible to us for 2 straight weeks to secure housing for our big move. We were in a special situation with needing to rent our property prior to buying due to subdividing the property. With the subdividing came numerous headaches to include inspections, underground tank removal, tidewater and parceling meetings to list a few. Upon meeting Sharon, she was friendly, warm, welcoming, professional, and waited for us to initiate contact after we met her at an open house. She was very patient and flexible. She arranged showings on short notice during our 7 months of inquiry and searching. We lived 7 hours away and viewed homes when in the area. We honestly don't think we could have done this without her upbeat encouraging personality. Our search area was extensive.
